Hello! I'm Lisa, and I'm thrilled to share a bit about my creative journey with you. For over two decades, I was passionately immersed in the world of professional photography, capturing moments and telling stories across various fields in the industry. However, in November 2022, life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with severe epilepsy following a Grand Mal seizure. This pivotal moment required me to adapt to new challenges, including managing persistent tremors in my hands and face.
Despite these changes, my love for creating beautiful things remained unwavering. Throughout my career, I've always been driven by the desire to work creatively with my hands. Today, I've redirected this passion into the art of beading and wood burning because, although I can no longer tolerate the flashing of the photography lights, I can still work with my hands in a physical therapy sort of way.
This craft allows me to continue my mission of blending natural elements into cherished pieces that bring joy to others. My interests lie in celebrating the beauty found in nature and transforming it into art that resonates with the heart.
